This website www.cablebel.be (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is published under the responsibility of Cablebel ASBL (hereinafter referred to as “CABLEBEL”), whose registered office is located at Rue Abbé Cuypers 3, B-1040 Bruxelles, registered with the Crossroad Bank for Enterprises under number 0461.476.906.

Access to and use of the Website are subject to these general Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) and to the applicable laws and/or regulations. Consequently, access to and use of the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the Terms, to the exclusion of all others.

CABLEBEL reserves the right to modify and update at any time, and without notice, the Terms, access to the Website as well as its content. All of these modifications apply to the User each time he/she accesses the Website. CABLEBEL therefore advises Users to consult them regularly.

For the purposes of the Terms, “User” or “Users” means any person who uses the Website or any of the services offered on the Website.

The fact that CABLEBEL does not avail itself, at a given moment, of a provision of the Terms, cannot be interpreted as a renunciation of the same provision at a later date.

The Website and all related rights, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, texts and other distinctive signs contained on the Website are the exclusive property of CABLEBEL or its partners.

These elements constitute creations protected by intellectual property law and in particular by provisions relating to copyright, designs and models and trademarks.

Consequently, they may not be reproduced, used, modified, combined or represented, in part or in full, without the prior written consent of CABLEBEL, under penalty of legal action. Any unauthorized reproduction of these elements constitutes an infringement punishable by law.

The Site may contain one or more links to other Internet websites which may be of interest to Users. However, these links are communicated purely for information purposes and CABLEBEL does not issue any guarantee in this respect. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Users use the Website under their own responsibility. CABLEBEL cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from direct or indirect use of the Website by Users in contravention of the Terms and applicable regulations. CABLEBEL declines all responsibility in this respect and offers no guarantee as to the services made available via the Website.

The User undertakes not to use the Website in such a way that this use would cause damage to a third party or to CABLEBEL, in particular by the insertion of false or defamatory information.

CABLEBEL reserves the right to optimise or adapt, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, content, structure, scope, name, sections, characteristics and accessibility of its website; the suspension or temporary unavailability of the Cablebel website shall not give rise to any compensation for damages or financial compensation.

CABLEBEL cannot be held liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, material or immaterial) suffered as a result of these temporary restrictions, nor in connection with the use of the Website or the impossibility of using it.

Furthermore, Users are responsible for keeping their hardware and software up to date, as well as their access to the Internet. Users must in particular protect their technical equipment against any form of contamination by viruses and/or intrusion attempts, CABLEBEL not being held responsible in this case.

6. CONTENT AND INFORMATION

CABLEBEL endeavours to disseminate on its website documents and information which are up to date, reliable and exhaustive, but can in no way guarantee their accuracy, exhaustiveness or precision, whether these documents and information come from internal sources or are supplied by third parties.

7. NULLITY OF A CLAUSE

The nullity, lapse or unenforceability of all or part of one of the provisions of the Terms shall not entail the nullity of the Terms as a whole. The provision that is wholly or partially null, void or unenforceable shall be deemed unwritten.

CABLEBEL undertakes to replace this provision with another which will perform, as far as possible, the same function.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS

The validity, interpretation and performance of these Terms shall be governed by Belgian material law, excluding the rules on referral to foreign law, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French-speaking courts of Brussels.

Any dispute relating to the Website or its use shall be governed exclusively by Belgian material law.

Only the French-speaking courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.4
